SupportAlive Live Support Software (2009 – 2013)

This is a live support software designed to work on web sites for customer support purposes. For those who may not be aware of the concept it was a similar software like Zopim or Zendesk (up-to-date counterparts). I designed and developed web management interfaces, client conversation interface, JavaScript libraries and tracking scripts for the implemented web sites. I also designed UX and client interfaces.

It was a learning-intense project for its time, because of the JavaScript implementations with web sites and apps. There were lots of socket and multi-thread operations on server part. Client side had asynchronous operations and realtime data processing.
